Governance is the paradigm of any country’s political system in which power is vested in the people. Ideally, governance is also used to manage a country’s economic and social resources for development. Crucially, Mwasnoh Tuan Foundation is committed to identifying and developing policies and promoting reforms for the enhancement of good governance. As decentralization through the local governance Act is emerging as marjor player in Liberia’s governance system, Mwasnoh Tuan Foundation intends to complement national government and its partners’ effort by ensuring the tenants of contemporary democracy is upheld. With te technical expertise of staff, the Foundation is looking to contribute more in Liberia decentralization agenda, helping with civic engagement issues as well as building a just, accountable, inclusive and sustainable society.
