Women continue to shift the paradigm of leadership with several women throughout the world emerging as prominent leaders. In Liberia, the topic of women in Leadership especially politics is still an emerging piece. Regardless of the efforts made by national government and it’s partners to promote the topic of women in Leadership, much still needs to be done to get women at a considerable level with their male counterparts.
As part of this effort, Mwasnoh Tuan Foundation held participated in a two hours interactive talk show on LNTV. The Foundation was represented by it’s Executive Director Miss Norwn N Kolubah and it’s Program Coordinator Miss Goodness Start. Together, they provided insight on the current status of women in Leadership in Liberia with specific emphasis on women in politics. They also highlighted initiatives that are been undertaken by the foundation to complement the effort of national government and it’s partners as we look forward to seeing more women in Leadership.
